Dr. Abazar Esmali Ouri was born in 1976 in "Our" village, Meshginshahr city, located in Ardabil province, Iran. After obtaining a diploma of experimental sciences from Shahid Bahonar High School in Meshginshahr, he was accepted in the associate level of range and watershed management of Gorgan University (Gonbad Training School) in the national entrance exam of 1995. In 1997, he was admitted to the undergraduate degree in range and watershed management engineering at Yazd University (Ardakan faculty) and graduated with the first rank. In 2000, after obtaining the first place in the master's exam in the field of watershed science and engineering, he entered Tehran University and continued his specialized doctorate course (Ph.D.) in the same field at Tehran University and defended his thesis in July 2007. He has been a scholarship of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili since 2002, and in 2007, he became a staff member of the faculty of that university with the rank of assistant professor, and is engaged in research and teaching in his field of study, from bachelor's degree to doctorate. He was promoted to the rank of associate professor in 2013 and to the rank of professor in 2022, and so far in his academic record he has more than 120 articles in domestic and foreign scientific research journals, more than 200 articles presented in national and international conferences, two volumes of books, cooperation in the translation of three volumes of books (to Persian), carrying out 13 research projects, 80 cases of supervising and 50 cases of consultancy for master's and doctoral thesis/dissertations. 2022/09/14

The first rank of the master's exam in the field of watershed management and passing in the University of Tehran, 2000.

The first place in the written exam and the second place in the final exam of Tehran University's specialized doctorate in the field of watershed management, 2002.

The first rank in the specialized doctorate exam of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Science and Research Unit in the field of watershed management, 2002.

The first rank of the doctoral exam to be sent abroad in the field of watershed management, 2002.

Received the prize of the selected book of the summer season of 2010 for writing the book "Watershed Management and Soil Conservation".
