دکتر جواد جاویدان دانشیار گروه مهندسی برق و کامپیوتر دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی است. ایشان کلیه مقاطع تحصیلی را در دانشگاه صنعتی شریف و در زمینه طراحی مدارهای الکترونیک فعالیت کرده است. یک دوره تحقیقاتی در زمینه طراحی مدارهای الکترونیک در دانشگاه HKUST هنگ کنگ گذرانده است. زمینه های تحقیقاتی ایشان شامل طراحی مدارهای آنالوگ، فرکانس بالا و مدارهای دیجیتال است.
