حمید بهادر، دكتراي مهندسي برق گرایش الکترونیک و دانشیار گروه مهندسی برق دانشگاه محقق اردبيلي ميباشد. ایشان دوره های کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری تخصصی رشته مهندسی برق - الکترونیک را به ترتیب در دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران، دانشگاه شریف و دانشگاه تبریز به پایان رسانده است. حوزههای تحقیقاتی مورد علاقه دکتر بهادر شامل الکترونیک با تمرکز بر افزارههای میکرو و نانو الکترونیک، سلولهای خورشیدی، بایوسنسورها و طراحی مدارهای مجنمع دیجیتال و آنالوگ فرکانس بالا است. دروس تدریسی ایشان نیز شامل نانوالکترونیک، تئوري و فناوري ساخت افزاره های نیم رسانا، زيست حسگرها، فیزیک حالت جامد پیشرفته، پردازندههاي محاسباتي، طراحی سیستمهای دیجیتال کم مصرف، طراحي سیستمهاي ريزپردازنده، سیستمهاي ديجیتال 2، اندازهگیری الکترونیکی است.
