یوسف عباسپور گیلانده متولد مرداد ماه 1356، دارای دکتری تخصصی مهندسی مکانیک ماشینهای کشاورزی و استاد دانشكده کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه محقق اردبيلي مي‌باشند. ایشان فارغ التحصیل دوره کارشناسی از دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1378 می باشد و دوره های کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری خود را به ترتیب در سالهای 1380 و 1384 در دانشگاه تهران به اتمام رسانیده اند. ايشان از بهمن ماه 1384 در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی شروع به کار کرده اند. در تیرماه 1385 به سمت مدیر گروه مهندسی ماشینهای کشاورزی منصوب شدند و از مهرماه سال 1387 لغايت مرداد 1389 به عنوان معاون آموزشی دانشکده کشاورزی مشغول فعاليت بودند. از مردادماه 1389 تا شهریورماه 1401 مسئوليت مديريت امور پژوهشي دانشگاه را بر عهده داشتند. ایشان در حال حاضر رئیس پارک علم و فناوری استان اردبیل هستند. علاقه مندی پژوهشی ایشان در زمینه های كشاورزي دقيق، رابطه ماشين - خاك و كاربرد سنسور و ابزار اندازه‌گيري در مهندسي كشاورزي می باشد و دروس  طراحی اجزاء ماشین (1) و (2) (دوره کارشناسی) و ابزار و روشهای اندازه گیری (دوره کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد)، هوش مصنوعی (کارشناسی ارشد)، طراحی ماشینهای کشاورزی پیشرفته (دوره دکتری)، کشاورزی دقیق پیشرفته (دوره دکتری)، کاربرد ربات ها در کشاورزی (دوره دکتری) و دینامیک خاکهای کشاورزی (دوره دکتری)را تدریس می کنند.
