Abbas Nagizadeh-Baghi is a faculty member of the Department of Sports Management, Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology, University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. He received his bachelor's degree in nursing and master's degree in public administration from Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and the Center for Public Administration Training, respectively, and both his master's degree in physical education and doctorate in sports management from the University of Tehran. He first started working as a faculty member at Ardabil University of Medical Sciences and then transferred to University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in 2016. In addition to teaching specialized courses at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels, he has held various executive positions such as the director of Alavi Hospital in Ardabil, the vice president for student and cultural affairs, and the vice president for support at Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. He has been selected as the top researcher of the University of Tehran among all doctoral students and the top researcher at Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. He has published more than 120 articles in prestigious international journals, more than 150 articles in domestic and international conferences, and has been a member of the editorial board of several journals and a reviewer of more than 20 prestigious scientific journals and conferences in the field of sports management.
