He opened his eyes to the world on the third day of Khordad in 1342 in Ardabil city in a middle-class religious family. He completed the elementary course at 13 Aban Elementary School, the guidance course at Pour Sina School, and the secondary course in Mathematics and Physics at Andarz-ghoo High School, under the teaching of compassionate and dedicated teachers, and completed the courses successfully and with excellent grades. He obtained his diploma in June 1362 and participated in the national entrance exam in the same year and was accepted into the bachelor's degree in statistics at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran. With a lot of effort and effort, he finished his bachelor's degree in statistics in 1366. During his studies at Shahid Beheshti University, in Ayatollah Saeedi and Vali Asr high schools in Tehran, he was engaged in teaching statistics and mathematics courses due to his interest in education. Also, in the central headquarters of the seven-member land transfer committee, he has been busy serving the deprived and oppressed of the society. In addition to the aforementioned preoccupations, in 1367 he participated in the entrance exam to send students abroad and was accepted as the only person among all the participants in the field of statistics. In 1369, he was sent to the University of Delhi, India, with a scholarship from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, to study a master's degree in statistics, and in 1371, he succeeded in obtaining a master's degree in mathematical statistics from that university, and immediately he started his M.Phil course at Punjab University in India in 1371. In 1373, he graduated as the first student at that university, and in the same year, due to his distinguished rank, Delhi University in India, which is the largest and most prestigious university in India, accepted him for the Ph.D. course. under the supervision of the statistician professor A.K. Bansal to do research in the field of Bayes estimation. The Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran also agrees to continue his specialized doctorate course as a scholarship student of that ministry, considering the significant successes he had achieved in the previous stages. In 1376, he managed to complete this academic course and returned to Iran in the same year to serve the noble and science-loving nation of Islamic Iran. In Iran, he chooses his hometown, the city of Ardabil, to serve. Since 1376, he has been working as a member of the academic staff of the Mathematics Education Department of the Faculty of Science. Considering the interest that he shows for the all-round growth and prosperity of the university and to introduce the city of Ardabil and University of Mohaghegh Ardabili  to domestic and foreign scientists and scholars, he makes a lot of effort to hold the 30th Iranian International Mathematical Conference in University of Mohaghegh Ardabili  to organize. This task is realized with the agreement of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili  and the Iranian Mathematical Association. Due to the merits, he had shown in his executive positions, he was chosen as the secretary of the 30th Iranian International Mathematical Conference, which will make Ardabil, especially University of Mohaghegh Ardabili , famous in the world., that the number of domestic and foreign participants in this conference showed the confirmation of this issue. Dr. Masoud Ganji currently holds the rank of full professor and has left many and lasting services for the higher education of the province. Including the number of units and centers of Payam Nour University in the centers of all the cities of Ardabil province and has built more than 16 educational and welfare buildings for this university of the province. In this university, he has created and launched more than one hundred courses. Professor Masoud Ganji has created more than one hundred courses in the field of postgraduate education (master's and PhD) in University of Mohaghegh Ardabili and has built or completed more than 30,000 square meters of educational and welfare buildings for this university. He has done a lot of valuable work for University of Mohaghegh Ardabili, so that during his management this university enjoyed comprehensive growth and among all the universities of the country, University of Mohaghegh Ardabili was ranked 23rd in the country. Also, in terms of culture, this university has obtained the first cultural rank of the country, which is a source of great pride and pride for the science and culture-loving people of Dar al-Arshad province of Ardabil. He is currently working as a member of the academic staff of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili with the rank of professor in the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Ataf as the head of the fund. Currently, he designs and implements various welfare programs for dear students.
