I, Saeed Rasi Nezami, was born in 1970 in Ardabil. I completed my bachelor's degree in civil engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology in 2004. I entered the master's degree in civil and environmental engineering at the University of Tehran in 2004. I graduated with high marks and as an outstanding graduate in 2006. Then, after obtaining the 5th rank in the specialized doctoral exam in 2007, I entered the doctoral program in environmental engineering with a focus on water resources engineering and management at the University of Tehran. At the same time, I was honored to receive a scholarship from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Mohaghegh Ardabili University and began my scientific activity in the form of teaching and working as an executive team for the first geotechnical engineering conference at Mohaghegh Ardabili University. By God's grace, I successfully defended my thesis in 2013 with an excellent grade and officially began my full-time activity at Mohaghegh Ardabili University, which continues to this day. The result of my scientific, educational and research activities is the training and graduation of more than 20 master's students and the publication of more than 20 articles in reputable scientific and research journals, more than 50 articles in reputable national and international conferences, membership in more than 15 working groups and specialized committees at the university and other organizations related to my expertise, such as the Regional Water Company, the Water and Wastewater Company, Ardabil Municipality, the Ardabil Governorate Think Tank, the Environmental Protection Organization, etc., as well as the implementation of 5 inter-organizational research projects under the contract of the university's research vice-chancellor. I am currently serving at the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili with the rank of associate professor in the Civil Engineering Department and I continue my educational and research activities with full motivation.
