Short Biography: Aidin Azizpour is born July 1980, from Germi, Ardabil Province of northwestern of Iran, DVM, Ph.D, a doctoral supervisor. He received his DVM degree in Tabriz, Iran in 2006 and completed his Ph.D in Poultry Diseases from Science and Research Branch, Tehran University, Iran in 2013 under Prof Mohammad Hassan Bozorgmehri Fard, Dr Saeed Charkhkar and Dr Hossein Goudarzi. He received of PhD Scholarship of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran in 2012-2013. Since 2011, Aidin has been working in University of Mohaghegh Ardabili as Lecturer (2011-2013), Assistant Professor (2013-2018) and Associate Professor (2018-Present). He has successively presided 15 various scientific research projects in Ardabil provincial level mainly focuses on antimicrobial resistance, epidemiology of avian infectious diseases, microbiology and pathology of poultry and avian bacteriology and virology. Aidin has published 56 peer-reviewed scientific papers in leading journals as the first or corresponding author principally in the field of Avian Infectious Diseases, of which 16 were in the international journals and also has presented more than 110 papers in national and international conferences. He is a supervisor of 8 Doctorate’s thesis, 1 Master and more than 30 Bachelor students. Dr Azizpour had presided Meshginshahr Faculty of Agriculture, University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in 2014-2016. Since August 2014, he has member in various committees, councils and scientific associations of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. Also, he has served on several other committees or position in governmental organization. Aidin collaborates with more than twenty national and international journals as reviewer boards and works as scientific committee and panels of more than ten of conferences. He was selected as an outstanding researcher of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in 2014, 2018, 2021 and 2025. He won the rank of educational top professor among professors of Meshginshahr Faculty of Agriculture in 2019, 2020 and 2023. He received top statue of Young Scientific Face from Governor General of Ardabil Province, Iran in 2009. Furthermore, he is member of World Poultry Science Association since 2013 and a member of Iranian Veterinary Society and Iranian Veterinary Poultry Association since 2007.
