I am Javad Mandani, assistant professor in Department of Public Administration and Tourism at University of Mohaghegh Ardabili, successfully obtained a Ph.D Dgree in public administration majoring in decision-making and public policy from Allameh Tabataba'i University and was employed at Mohaghegh Ardabili University .
